Do you have a storefront?
Not yet! We are currently an online-only shop. If you are locate in Miami, we have delivery and pickup options available at checkout.
If I sign up for the newsletter, am I automatically signed up for rewards?
Nope! Click the star in the bottom left-hand corner of your page to sign up for our rewards program!
How long does it take to ship?
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
When will I be charged?
The customer’s payment method is authorized and charged automatically. Payments that fail Zip Code or CVV Verification will be declined automatically for fraud prevention.
Where is your contact info?
We have several channels for contacting support based on customer's needs. For general questions or feedback please fill out a contact form on our main contact page.
How do I start a live chat?
For live chat, click the icon on the bottom-right corner of your screen to chat via Facebook Messenger.
Do respond to email?
You may also reach out via email, addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org. The more information you give the easier it will be for us to help.
How do I sign up for rewards?
Click the star icon in the lower left-hand corner of our home page. Follow the instructions to sign up for our rewards program via Smile.io.
How do I earn rewards?
There are many different ways to earn points, without even spending any money! You get points for Signup (300), Sharing on Facebook (250), Following our page on Facebook and Instagram (100 each), and special Birthday points (300).
For store How do I redeem rewards?
Rewards may be redeemed in increments of 2000 ($20 credit) or 1000 ($10 credit). Do you have a referral program? Yep! When you refer a friend, and they make a purchase in the shop, you each get a $5 credit!
What is your return policy?
We have a one-month return policy, which means you have one-month after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, visit http://return.clicksit.com/shop/spring-thyme. Do you do exchanges? Not yet! The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
How do I get a refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
